Stellar Management

Security of Property and Income – We don’t like metal door keys. With multiple guests per month, physical keys are often the source of calls to support or maintenance and could create a security issue. With homeowner’s approval, we prefer to install an electronic front door lock that is programmed remotely and scheduled so the right guest or staff member has access when and only when they are allowed.

Furnishing, Stocking and Maintenance – We fully furnish the property including all bedrooms and baths, and provide all soft goods expected in a high-quality property.

Our cleaning staff from a local professional service clean the property from top-to-bottom and replenish all amenities needed by guests, including soaps, shampoos, paper products, batteries, trash bags, etc. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are outfitted with everything needed for a full complement of guests, including plates, silverware and glassware, bath towels, bed linens, pillows and more. We have a process for providing additional or replacement items in each property in a timely manner.

We are committed to the protection of our homeowner’s property. We have insurance policies with Proper Insurance, the leader in Short Term Rental insurance, for contents, continuity and liability. This is in addition to the homeowner’s policy and the million-dollar host damage and liability policies provided by Airbnb and HomeAway that covers the property when their guests are in the property.
