Creek Shore Homes was founded by Allen and Toni Rose, both residents of Montgomery County, Maryland since 1999. Allen has twenty-years of experience as a Business Management Consultant with small and large firms as well as a successful small business and property owner.
Toni Rose is a trained pastry chef with many years in the hospitality and service industry where exceptional customer service and attention to detail has set her apart. A new family and new goals were the catalysts to focus in a direction that aligns with the values being established within their own family.
After 15 years as an IT Consultant and solving many problems for a number of companies and government agencies, Allen realized the impact he was having wasn’t enough. We began solving neighbor’s biggest problems when we could offer to buy their house, and let them be done with it quickly and easily and move on with their life.
Creek Shore Homes is open and transparent about how we value and purchase properties, so there are no surprises. If one of our programs will work for a homeowner, great, we can move as quickly as they want.
