Hello, my name is Allen Rose. My wife and I have been hosts for a short-term rental home for the last two months. We’ve named our house ‘Simply Severn’ since it pretty much describes our simple, comfortable approach. We’ve had mostly excellent guests and we have provided great service and

experiences.

We have hosted a family for Thanksgiving, a group of alumni the night before their school played in the Military Bowl and a few groups in town for work, attend conferences or their children’s soccer tournament.
